SK Executive Car Hire Ltd will try to ensure the vehicle(s) arrive at the time and place requested. We cannot however accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failure, traffic jams, traffic accidents or extreme weather conditions. We do not accept responsibility for any consequential loss.
The Driver will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Client, in which case Payment clause 3. may apply.
Unless specified at the time of booking, we may not automatically be able to accommodate additional pick-ups or drop-offs for any journey, although we will try to meet such requirements.
If our driver is asked to wait either at the start or during a journey, waiting time is charged at our current standard rate of £40 per hour pro rata.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affects our Client’s’ statutory rights.
Non-airport collections: Except for a 10 minute ‘free’ period waiting charges will apply from the booked time, at our current standard rate of £40 per hour pro rata.
Prices quoted for airport collections include flight tracking, Meet & Greet, car park fees and waiting time of up to 45 minutes from when the aircraft starts to disembark the passengers. If waiting time exceeds 45 minutes then we will charge £40 per hour pro rata which includes additional car parking fees.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicles to anyone who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the driver, the vehicle or other passengers within the vehicle. We further reserve the right to terminate any journey due to unreasonable or improper behaviour by any passenger.
If special cleaning of any vehicle is required because it has been left in an unreasonable state by a passenger/client, we reserve the right to charge the cost of cleaning to that passenger/client.
We reserve the right to change any vehicle (equal standard) or chauffeur/driver. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affects the Client’s’ statutory rights. Using our service means the customer agrees to our Terms & Conditions.
If you make payment by credit or debit card, the charge on your credit card statement will be shown as ‘SK Executive Car Hire Ltd’.
Car parking charges that are necessarily incurred in order to fulfil a booking will be charged at cost except where this cost is incorporated into our Airport Meet & Greet service fee.
We require a deposit to confirm the booking and the balance either on the day or you can pay the whole amount in advance. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances but you may use it as a credit on another journey. If you have booked a wedding car we require the balance at least 7 days prior to the date of travel.
We accept personal bank transfer, BACS, Paypal and card payment. There are no credit card surcharges.

Once the deposit or full payment is made please let us know by email or by using our contact form. We allocate a car and driver and provide the name and contact number 24-48 hours before the booking. We advise customers to call the office in advance of collection just to confirm nothing has changed regarding the planned trip.
Please be aware that waiting time is charged at £40 per hour pro rata. Any additional charge is payable in cash to the driver on the date of travel.
Any variations to the journey that involves extra time or mileage may be subject to additional charges.
If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 12 hours from the start of the period of
hire, there will be no charge. Up to 8 hours will carry a charge of 50% of the total hire price and
any cancellation up 4 hours will be charge at 100% of the total hire price.
If a wedding booking is cancelled within 1 month from the start of the period of hire, the
deposit will be non-refundable. If a wedding booking is cancelled within 7 days from the start of
the period of hire, the full hire amount will still be charged to the customer.*
If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all
monies paid will be non-refundable.
If the passenger does not appear and make contact with our driver at the booked time and the designated pick-up point, we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey.
Our bookings cancellation policy reflects the availability of the vehicles in our fleet. Upon acceptance of your booking we reserve the availability of the vehicle for you and subsequently refuse all other bookings for that vehicle at that time and on that date.
