SK Executive Chauffeurs Ltd will try to ensure the vehicle(s) arrive at the time and place requested. We cannot however accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failure, traffic jams, traffic accidents or extreme weather conditions. We do not accept responsibility for any consequential loss.
The Driver will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Client, in which case Payment clause 3. may apply.
Unless specified at the time of booking, we may not automatically be able to accommodate additional pick-ups or drop-offs for any journey, although we will try to meet such requirements.
If our driver is asked to wait either at the start or during a journey, waiting time is charged at our current standard rate of £40 per hour pro rata.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affects our Client’s’ statutory rights.
Non-airport collections: Except for a 10 minute ‘free’ period waiting charges will apply from the booked time, at our current standard rate of £40 per hour pro rata.
Wedding car hire rates and times are agreed at the time of booking. If the wedding car goes over the agreed end of service time we will charge £50 per hour pro rata. This will be charged after the wedding to avoid any inconvenience on the Wedding Day.
If because of mechanical breakdown or accidental damage to a vehicle which has been booked we reserve the right to replace this vehicle with another one of equal standard. If we are unable to provide ribbon colour of choice we will revert to our default colour which is white. By booking your wedding car with us you accept our terms and conditions.
Prices quoted for airport collections include flight tracking, Meet & Greet, car park fees and waiting time of up to 45 minutes from when the aircraft starts to disembark the passengers. If waiting time exceeds 45 minutes then we will charge £40 per hour pro rata which includes additional car parking fees.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicles to anyone who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the driver, the vehicle or other passengers within the vehicle. We further reserve the right to terminate any journey due to unreasonable or improper behaviour by any passenger.
If special cleaning of any vehicle is required because it has been left in an unreasonable state by a passenger/client, we reserve the right to charge the cost of cleaning to that passenger/client. Depending on the severity of the soiling, this charge normally varies between £30 to £40. Our maximum charge is £100 if the soiling results in the vehicle being unusable overnight when cleaning is not possible.
Important information: If a client is making a booking we will email a booking form with all the trip requirements shown. We ask the client to review this information and confirm if it is correct. If there is no response, the booking is not confirmed.
We reserve the right to change any vehicle (equal standard) or chauffeur/driver. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affects the Client’s’ statutory rights. Using our service means the customer agrees to our Terms & Conditions.
If you make payment by credit or debit card, the charge on your credit card statement will be shown as ‘SK Executive Chauffeurs Ltd’.
Car parking charges that are necessarily incurred in order to fulfil a booking will be charged at cost except where this cost is incorporated into our Airport Meet & Greet service fee.
We require a 50% deposit to confirm the booking and the balance no later than 7 days prior to the booking or you can pay the full amount in advance. We accept personal bank transfer, BACS, Paypal and card payment. There are no credit card surcharges.

Please use your surname as a reference. If we do not receive an email confirmation we will assume there is no requirement of our service and we will not be held responsible.
We allocate a car and driver and provide the name and contact number 24-48 hours before the booking. We advise customers to call the office in advance of collection just to confirm nothing has changed regarding the planned trip.
Waiting time: We charge £60 per hour pro rata for E Class and £70 per hour pro rata for S Class and V Class.
Any variations to the journey that involves extra time or mileage may be subject to additional charges.
If a booking is cancelled less than 6 hours before collection we will charge the full price.
If a booking is cancelled less than 12 hours before collection we will charge 50% of the full price.
If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before collection we will charge 25% of the full price.
If a booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before collection we will not charge.
If a wedding booking is cancelled within 1 month from the start of the period of hire, the deposit will be non-refundable. If a wedding booking is cancelled within 7 days from the start of the period of hire, the full hire amount will still be charged to the customer.*
If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all
monies paid will be non-refundable.
If the passenger does not appear and make contact with our driver at the booked time and the designated pick-up point, we reserve the right to make full charge for the journey. Driver name and number are provided for any changes required on the day of travel.
Our bookings cancellation policy reflects the availability of the vehicles in our fleet. Upon acceptance of your booking we reserve the availability of the vehicle for you and subsequently refuse all other bookings for that vehicle at that time and on that date.
